Sheila,That acro yoga looks amazing. I think I would have to get my pctarice a little more evolved before I could try acro yoga, but you have inspired me. I love the idea of reframing the idea of exercise as joyful movement! I, like many, think of exercise as a negative or something I have to do, but there is no way to have a negative charge around joyful movement. Thanks for the tips!
